Croxfest CIC is a Community Interest Company that facilitates Croxfest. The website is www.croxfest.co.uk and Croxfest CIC is committed to respecting and protecting your privacy.

As part of our activities we collect and hold information of participants (including commercial arrangements for business purposes), sponsors and volunteers. This Privacy Policy explains how we use information we collect from you and when you use our site. We keep our Privacy Policy under regular review. We may collect information about you (such as your name, address and e-mail address) when you contact us to volunteer, when you complete an entry form to participate, sponsors information and data we process as part of the planning of the events. You may also contact us by social media links. Some data is considered to be more sensitive (including information that the Croxfest CIC does not require, such as ethnicity, religion etc.) but Croxfest CIC may hold personal data about children under 16, which is regarded as sensitive information.

We also collect information about Committee members, members of external bodies and persons who we liaise with for administrative purposes.

Our website server automatically records information that your browser sends whenever you visit a page on our website, such as your IP address; details of the web browser and operating system that you are using; the date and time of your request; the specific page requested and how you arrived at that page (eg, the search term used to find the page or link clicked to access it). This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns and does not identify any individual.
