Volunteer
Our fantastic free family friendly music festival is organised, put on and run by volunteers who do it because they are passionate about live music & their community. They give their time to make sure you have a great day with us! But we need more volunteers to help put on this year’s event. Bottom line no volunteers – no Croxfest.
Saturday – Festival Day
We have 3 entry points to the Green. Each entry point needs 2 people for the duration of the event from when the gates open at 11.30am. Volunteer duties include:
- Counting people in and out of the arena as we have to monitor the number of people at any one given time
- Hand out bin bags & advise the public on waste management & recycling
- Inform families that we have a kids wristband tent which is free of charge
- Advise on taking rubbish home
- Bucket collection
Our kids wristband tent gives out wristbands that parents can write their mobile number on helping reunite any lost children.
Other jobs that need doing include:
- Band check in
- Litter picking
- Disposing of rubbish
- Toilet roll stocker
- Card Payment machines
As you can see, there is so much to do. We just cannot cope and need YOUR help.
If you can give an hour of your time – or more – then please apply online:
