Email access
Each mailbox requires a username and password. The username is your Croxfest email address.

The recommended approach. Stay logged in and receive notifications.
Most mail apps allow you to configure multiple accounts. Examples:
- Thunderbird (Windows, Linux, Mac)
- Gmail (Android or iPhone)
- Apple Mail (Mac or iPhone)
- Outlook (Windows, iPhone or Android)
- K-9 Mail (Android)
Within your preferred mail app, add an additional account. This may be in the app’s settings or by clicking your current account profile picture to manage accounts.
The type of account for Croxfest may be described as ‘Personal (IMAP)‘ or ‘Other IMAP‘ (not a branded one such as Google or Microsoft).
You will need to enter your username (email address) and password.
The server details may be automatically detected. If not, please enter these details:
IMAP Server: mail.croxfest.co.uk port 993
SMTP Server: mail.croxfest.co.uk port 587
Security: SSL
Your emails will now sync to your device and you won’t need need to log in again.
It is fine to set up your account on multiple devices (e.g. laptop + phone).

This is accessed though your web browser.
You can log in at the URL croxfest.co.uk/webmail
Enter your email address and password.
You will be prompted to sign in each time.
The webmail is basic and is only recommend for simple tasks. Using a proper mail app is recommended to do things like format text and insert links.
