Raquel’s Kitchen Ltd is a professional street food company specialising in authentic Dominican and Caribbean cuisine, bringing vibrant tropical flavours and unique culinary traditions to festivals, markets, and large public events across the UK. We cook and sell Dominican dishes as empanadas (including vegetable option), yaroa (layered dominican dish) and burgers with latin flavour, Dominican style.

Pulley Loaded

Barbecue pulled pork loaded fires, Chicken shawarma loaded fries, Duck loaded fries or either of the 3 on a brioche bun. Plus the option of Jackfruit for vegetarians. Cans of fizzy soft drinks.

Afghan Street Food

We sell Afghan Street Food with lean succulent pure chicken fillets and fresh Vegetables. We use fresh, locally produced meat and vegetables that are delivered and prepared daily along with our special “Afghan” Naan. Our meat and vegetables are marinated for 24hrs and wrapped in a fresh Naan served with mix salad, black pepper yogurt, green secret sauce and potatoes. Its’s a truly unique taste experience for our customers. BBQ Chicken, lamb, palau rice, cottage cheese, wraps and fries.

Easy-Bao

Steamed Bao-Buns with savoury home made fillings. Pork belly, chicken satay, mushroom and homemade burger fillings, dirty fries, and ice-cream milkshakes along with soft drinks.

Philly Guys

We specialise in American authentic Philly cheesesteaks, freshly cooked to order using high-quality beef, sautéed onions and peppers, served in soft hoagie rolls with classic melted cheese. Other choices include pepper steak, mushroom steak, and vegetarian/vegan mushroom.
